*Oregon State Statute: ORS-30.807 Liability for emergency transportation assistance.“(1) No person shall maintain an action for damages for injury, death or loss that results from acts or omissions in rendering emergency transportation assistance….” 

            In the event of a catastrophic earthquake that renders bridges impassable along the Willamette Corridor between the Columbia River and Willamette Falls and, I am available, I volunteer to use my boat to transport *injured persons to OHSU Hospital or other emergency facility along the river and First Responders, at the direction of the WCA in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard.
